Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to One Night's Room Rate, Resort Fee and applicable taxes will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The daily resort fee is equal to $39 plus applicable tax. The resort fee includes: property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service, access to on-line digital newspaper library and entrance to the fitness center for guests 18+.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund on your deposit taken at time of booking. The deposit is equal to One Night's Room Rate, Resort Fee, and applicable tax.
Terms & Conditions:
- A “vacation bundle” is defined as qualified Allegiant Air flight & Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor stay package that includes (2) or more consecutive nights spent at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.

- Registered Allways Rewards® Members earn 4X base points per qualifying U.S. dollar for each eligible paid vacation bundle packages that include an Allegiant Air flight and stay for select dates at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor booked between January 29, 2025 (12:01 AM EST) – February 28, 2025 (11:59 PM EST) through Allegiant.com. Payment for the stay must be made by credit card.
- Qualified stays includes (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning January 29, 2025, up to and including nights with stay dates that include February 28, 2025 – March 2, 2025; March 6, 2025 – March 8-2025; March 12, 2025 – March 23, 2025; March 27, 2025 – May 2, 2025; May 7, 2025 – May 28, 2025.
- The minimum spend required for the stay is $500 (or foreign currency equivalent).
- Qualified stay dates* for promotion includes February 28, 2025 – March 2, 2025; March 6, 2025 – March 8-2025; March 12, 2025 – March 23, 2025; March 27, 2025 – May 2, 2025; May 7, 2025 – May 28, 2025.
- Promotion bonus Points are calculated based on 4X base Points earned per Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Stay stay within qualified stay promotion period.
- Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to reservations through Allegiant.com and Sunseekerresorts.com.
- Vacation bundle packages or Sunseeker stays booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.
- Award redemption stays where Points are redeemed for a portion of, or the entire stay are not eligible for the promotion.
- Provided that the correct Allways Rewards® Membership Account Number is added as part of the booking or check-in process, Points will automatically appear in the Member's Account on each 15th of the stay month following the completion of their stay.
